Sometimes It's like setting a camera up in my head and capturing Dreams...

Welcome To My Site......

I'm a self taught photographer and I must admit I daydream way to much. Most of my best work is done as soon as I wake, usually while it's still dark out and I'm fresh from dreaming. I'm inspired by natural beauty whether it be man made objects slowly disintegrating, or the splendor of wet morning grass, clouds, the setting sun or something growing thats very, very small.

Many of the little things get overlooked by us in our busy day and I just want to show this beauty to others that maybe don't have the time. I can remember my older brothers hanging a blacklight poster of an old Escher drawing on the wall. It had cameleons and geometric shapes in space on it; you know the one.

Anyway, I used to stare at it for hours sometimes trying to figure out just how someone could draw something that amazing. While I'm not very good at drawing, I have found a real love for taking pictures. I have studied many and at times overused techniques just in the yearning of discovering a way of creating an original photo. Light and the means to capture it, the camera, have given me a way of expressing myself that I never had before. Photography has given me new hope and joy from looking a little closer, so please do so with me.
